«SP Master LTD » with its own production basis is an undoubted leader in manufacturing laminated fiber-reinforced plasticware in Ukraine for the last 10 years.

 

Application of this material has a considerable advantage as compared with metalware and plastic casting. Expenses on preproduction & creation of rigging are significantly lower. Gel coat and gums with different properties allow to produce wares with a wide range of application: proof to different hostile environments, ultraviolet, salt and river water, fire etc. while saving high physical and technical properties and having small specific weight.

 

It increases longevity manyfold and gives a functional-aesthetic finished look to our production.

 

Our company’s developments are carried out by the computer CAD/CAM system "Simatron-90" reg. № 2685. The company is also certified by Ukrainian Register of navigation.

1. 1. Creation of different types of vessels,ranging from a small single-sculler (skiff) to 9-meter yacht. Creation of different composite parts and furnishing (of our own manufacture) for ships and boats, ranging from wheel-house cockpit for 25-meter cruiser - finished and ready for installation - to entrance hatches, several types of ship sinks, wash-stands, plastic pockets for halyards and sheets, etc.
2. 2. Elaboration and manufacture of articles and assemblies for chemical and food engineering, both for production and decorative purposes. Different articles for transport facilities - fronts and backs for buses, spoilers, roofs, bumpers (fenders), fairings, etc. Manufacture of (city) light-boxes, plotter-desks with vacuum channels, door facing-panels, front panels for all types of baths and plenty of other articles.
3. 3. Manufacture of technological equipment and items with any degree of complicacy. Technological manuals support in serial production.
